Please note that because these shoes are made custom per order, there are NO returns or exchanges on any orders. IMPORTANT: if you want your order by Christmas and you are in the United States, Ground shipping deadline is December 17th and 2nd Day Air deadline is December 20th. Canada, Europe and Australia's International shipping deadline is December 20th. All other International orders must be in by December 12th.
