CUSTOM GEAR

Q. How does the custom gear process work?

A. Once we receive your order (need to order? Check out this page), our Design Experts will review your images and notes and email you a proof within 1-3 days. Once you receive your proof, let our Expert know if you have any changes- we'll work with you until you are satisfied with your design. Once approved, we'll move your order into our Production Queue for creation and shipment.

Q. Do you accept any returns for custom gear?

A. As each item is custom made for you, we do not take any returns on custom gear. If you are unsure about your size, we recommend trying on a pair of Chucks or Vans at a local store to confirm as we can not exchange for incorrect sizes.

TURNAROUND TIMES/SHIPPING

Q. How long does it take to receive a custom item after I order/approve my design?

A. Shoes & other custom items are typically created and shipped within 2-5 days after receiving your order (for our designs). For custom items, this commitment time begins once you approve your proof.

Q. How long does it take to receive my hat/socks/other accessories?

A. Our pre-made accessories typically ship within 2-5 days of your order.
